I don't know about you, but I wasn't taught about nutrition at school and there is so much conflicting information in the media...It's difficult to know what is best for us.

We are all different.

From our bodies and how active we are, to how busy and stressful our lives feel and even our upbringing. I get that eating healthier can feel like another thing on our 'to-do' list, so I support you with resources and tips to make healthier choices become enjoyable and soon a subconscious way you live.

My approach is to listen to you, your goals, your barriers and your lifestyle and work with you to help find the healthiest version of you.
