I love personal training.

There's something about getting to know your individual goals, unpick what may be holding you back and supporting you to achieve them that is just so rewarding.

All my personal training clients are totally different and I strive to make each session tailored to suit you - even down to the playlists (I'll tolerate pretty much anything if it gets you motivated!)

I am passionate about helping women find their strength, teaching you how to lift correctly and safety; giving you the confidence to push yourself as much as you wish. You'll soon notice how this can positively impact your wider life, to increased mobility, better sleep and your body changing shape.

1:1 or 2:1 sessions

£35 for PAYG

or

£360 for 12 sessions (£120 monthly payments)
